Automate PDF Conversion

Save time on per document file conversion and use the Convert2PDF batch
conversion application. Convert2PDF will convert multiple office documents into
PDF files and keep the original filename. Intuitive integration into
Windows Explorer with right click accessability allows file conversion without
the need to run the original application used for creating the documents.

Select one or multiple office documents then right click your mouse button.
Run Convert2PDF from the menu and all selected files will be converted into
PDF files. Convert2PDF will automatically call the original application you
used to create the documents if password input is required to access the file.

Convert2PDF is available as a stand-alone application that gives access to the configuration
before conversion begins. All common office documents formats are supported
(i.e. DOC, RTF, HTML, XLS, JPG, GIF, etc.) Direct access to the configuration allows you to
choose PDF file properties once for all documents to be converted.

|
|
PDF files can be saved to the hard drive and/or automatically attached to e-
mails. You can define any default name, automatically increment the names
and chose a location for your PDF files. When you send a PDF file by e-mail
you can define a recipient, subject, e-mail text and wether or not you want
the e-mail client to be opened. New PDF files can also be opened in Acrobat Reader
after conversion if desired.
