Use for this sophisticated print driver is unlimited! You can convert documents from
your word processor (i.e. 602Pro PC SUITE, MS WORD, StarOffice, etc.) and send it directly
through Outlook Express. You can e-mail postcards, party invitations -- simply anything from
any application you have! Documents will be converted into an optimized HTML e-mail. This
provides small file sizes for fast e-mail delivery. The graphic format (standard .GIF) Print2Mail
uses enables the same document visibility regardless of operating system and software the
recipient uses.

Create a document in your favorite application and print it using the Print2Mail
print driver. Print2Mail will offer you a choice of output: Color or Black & White.
It allows you to include an image of your stamp/signature on the first and/or last page of your
document. You can also add Automatic e-mail text, which will show up in the body of
your e-mail in Outlook Express. When you click on the Send button Print2Mail
converts your document into an HTML e-mail with GIF graphics (96 DPI, 256 colors) and opens
Outlook Express for delivery.

After the conversion is complete you have the option to review the e-mail, add additional
comments, recipients and a subject to your message. Per request, Print2Mail can also save
the HTML output into a folder.
